Generally, all in-person training is done at the client's home but can also be done at a public park, or at the Planet Fitness on 48th and Van Dorn here in Lincoln, which I have been approved to train people at. I can provide all the equipment needed for home workouts or we can figure out what equipment each client wants to invest in, and I can teach them how to use it safely and effectively from the comfort of their home, using my additional equipment as desired. This doesn't have to be a large investment; a set of resistance bands is a great place to start.
All of my programs are built with a foundation of functional strength and mobility training, which can then be focused more on specific goals like increasing muscle size (hypertrophy), strength, and/or endurance, though there is a lot of cross over between them so you will get positive results in every aspect regardless.
All of my in-person sessions are a minimum of one hour, though workouts won't always take that long so any extra time will be spent on form coaching and practice, learning new exercises, stretching, planning, questions, concerns, and/or addressing any other points that need attention throughout the process.
Every exercise/activity has many regressions and progressions so everyone can improve and progress their functional strength regardless of fitness level.

Buddy System
I want to make fitness more accessible and fun; one way is by offering the "buddy system", which means highly discounted rates for groups of 2 or more people. This will also be helpful as you and your "buddy" can help push each other and hold each other accountable! And as a promotion for the remainder of 2025, I will offer the buddy system (2 people) at no increased rate. Meaning you and a "buddy" can split the cost of any of my services 50/50. 1/2 price services, YAAY! We can discuss highly discounted rates for groups of 3 or more.
(A "buddy" can be a partner, roommate, family member, or anyone really. The only requirement is that all in-person sessions be done as a group. This DOES include 100% personalized programming and all-inclusive coaching for both people, quality will not be sacrificed)

The goal is to teach you the fundamentals of performing different exercises, why we choose certain exercises, how to implement them safely/effectively, and how to structure workouts.
