I was always a chubby person growing up, but it wasn't something that bothered me until the 8th-9th grade when I broke the 250# mark. Then throughout high school my weight continued to increase and around age 18 at 285#+ I decided I was going to lose 100#, I didn't know how or when, but I knew it would happen. It was a long journey with lots of ups and downs, but I never gave up, and I succeeded at losing over 140#. Now, I've developed a passion for spreading knowledge and inspiration regarding exercise and weight loss and hope to help others take control of their fitness.
Most people who invest in a personal trainer or coach want more than just guided workouts and a daily calorie and protein goal. They want to feel they're getting good value for the investment, but often times this isn't the case.
In addition to guided workouts, form coaching, goal setting and progress tracking, accountability, and general diet and calorie tracking guidance, I plan to address this by offering multiple workout variations tailored for each client to do on their own in-between our sessions, and direct communication with me via call, text, or email any time, for any questions or concerns you may have, for the entire time we're working together. This will help ensure everyone is as comfortable and confident as possible throughout the process and will feel they're getting great value. I also offer heavily discounted rates for small groups of two or more people!
I'm currently working on renewing my A.C.E. personal trainer certification.
